Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine/Chinese Herbs

Marco Leclerc, LAc. DAc., MAOM

Marco became involved in the exciting field of East-Asian medicine through exploration and self-discovery while pursuing personal health and wellness goals. Marco originally developed an interest in the healing arts through practicing Meditation and Yoga, while learning how to administer Reiki in groups, as well as one on one settings. Marco began to develop a deeper interest in Eastern philosophies and traditional world views on human health and the body. Through these explorations, deeper interest developed in how Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine can help the body overcome chronic health problems and bothersome blocks that may prevent an individual from achieving a maximum sense of well being in life. Marco believes that healing can arrive for a patient in many forms; through various avenues and combinations of therapy. His aim is to become aware of each patient’s individual needs, working with the patient to achieve the highest potential for healing.

Marco is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and holds active licenses in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Marco received a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAOM) at the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA), graduating in 2014.
