Defeng Zheng (Justin)

Defeng Zheng(a.k.a Justin), born and raised in north part of China, grow up in Korean Chinese family, with one of family member is a famous and respected acupuncturist and herbalist, inspired him since childhood, when he was 20, he decided to follow his journey to learn traditional Chinese medicine.  

In 2010, he graduated from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, bachelor’s degree of Medicine. After graduation, he had internship at acupuncture department at local hospital for 1 more year. As the interest in acupuncture and herbal medication grows, he decided to obtain continuous education.  In 2013, he started post-graduate school at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, after 3 years, he acquired Master of medicine in major of Acupuncture and Massage. And 2 years residency at Acupuncture department in Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine.  Defeng Zheng is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and holds active licenses in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Currently He is practicing in multiple clinics in both states.  He is specialized in combining acupuncture and massage to treat most musculoskeletal problems and pains. Also capable of flexibly using Acupuncture with herbal medications to treat mental disorders like insomnia, depression and anxiety. Nervous system disorder like Stroke, Facial paralysis, Headache, Dizziness, Migraine and many other various medical conditions. 

Defeng has been practicing acupuncture in Boston(Boston Acupuncture), Norwood(Norwood Acupuncture), and Providence since 2017.
